Our trainers can train your staff online, live, during a time that's convenient for you and your staff. Knowledgeable instructors lead our interactive classes, ensuring your team will make the most of First Advantage HMS.

During training sessions, you’ll learn step-by-step procedures on topics such as creating requisitions, reviewing applications, generating reports and running advanced searches. You are encouraged to ask specific questions on features you would like more training on. Remember too, that First Advantage HMS has a searchable HELP feature so you are never completely on your own.

Additional training tools such as computer-based training modules and “Quick Card” user tips are available upon request. Quick Cards are instructional diagrams that include screenshots from the client’s site and specific instructions relating to the client’s workflow processes. Computer-based training modules are instructional “movies” that lead you through step-by-step processes in First Advantage HMS.
