Training
First Advantage HMS is easy-to-use, yet it has a lot of functionality so we provide short, but comprehensive, training so that you are realizing its full potential immediately. Our trainers can train your staff online, live, during a time that's convenient for you and your staff. Knowledgeable instructors lead our interactive classes, ensuring your team will make the most of First Advantage HMS.
During training sessions, you’ll learn step-by-step procedures on topics such as creating requisitions, reviewing applications, generating reports and running advanced searches. You are encouraged to ask specific questions on features you would like more training on. Remember too, that First Advantage HMS has a searchable HELP feature so you are never completely on your own.
Additional training tools such as computer-based training modules and “Quick Card” user tips are available upon request. Quick Cards are instructional diagrams that include screenshots from the client’s site and specific instructions relating to the client’s workflow processes. Computer-based training modules are instructional “movies” that lead you through step-by-step processes in First Advantage HMS.
In the future, there may be occasions when you require additional training, perhaps when adding new features or new hires, and our training staff is always available to assist.
On-Site Training
If your company needs to train a large group of staff members, on-site training in your own company can be a convenient and cost effective choice. An experienced trainer comes to your company and trains your staff using your facilities and computers. Advantages of on-site training are convenience, speed and effectiveness in helping staff members to build their skills quickly. On-site training is available nationwide.
