First Advantage HMS allows you to create a powerful candidate database that optimizes the talent available to you and maximizes the returns on your recruiting management investments.
Internal Job Posting
To begin with, First Advantage HMS publishes requisitions in real-time to a client-branded career site seamlessly integrated into your corporate website. Also, an internal job board allows jobs to be published internally before they are made public. Employees can search internal requisitions and apply on-line, as well as refer qualified friends for open positions through the employee referral gateway.
External Job Posting
First Advantage HMS also helps make external job publishing easier and more efficient. Quickly cross-post requisitions to Internet job boards, driving them back to your corporate careers site for applications and for entry into the candidate database. First Advantage HMS provides the ability to cross-post to the following third-party job boards: Monster.com, America’s Job Bank, Careerbuilder, Yahoo! HotJobs, and JobsInTheUS. For volume cross posting to hundreds of job boards, First Advantage HMS integrates with TMP Job VIPeR.
Candidate / Resume Database
All candidates who apply for your jobs, entered by third-party recruiters or referred by employees, are stored in your searchable talent database. As your talent pool grows, your candidate database will become one of your foremost applicant resources for new job openings. Containing active as well as passive applicants, you’ll have immediate access to higher quality, pre-screened applicants allowing you to match the right people to the right jobs, rapidly and reliably. Use First Advantage HMS's powerful search tools and auto-matching technology to find a candidate before a job is ever posted so that you can hire them ahead of the competition.
Electronic Employment Application
First Advantage HMS can also support your current paper employment application. Capturing data electronically, the candidate will complete a 8-12 step wizard tailored to match your current employment application. Once this information has been gathered through the wizard it will then populate the fields on your application and create a PDF document that will be saved to the candidate record. All employment application information is stored in the candidate record in an XML format, allowing the data to be extracted as individual fields suitable for reporting and exporting.
