First, manage the final vetting process by initiating background checks, security screening and reference verification. When you decide to go forward with a hire, First Advantage HMS helps you create the offer, receive internal approval, communicate the offer, receive candidate approval and send regret letters all from your desktop.

The Offer Approval function allows recruiters, hiring managers and others to collaborate when creating and approving new offers. Through First Advantage HMS, you can enter an offer and assign it a template that specifies terms specific to the type of offer you’re making, save the record, and generate an offer letter. Optionally, you can assign a sign-off template to identify and automatically alert who needs to sign off on an offer and in which order they sign off. The offer sign-off tool allows a user to see the current status of each offer, see comments from other approvers, inspect the offer, make changes to the offer and approve or disapprove the offer.

Use the form letter wizard to generate bulk letters with mail-merge capability. The form letters can then be sent by e-mail or sent to Microsoft Word. Within First Advantage HMS you can easily select the letter recipient(s) by selecting the appropriate radio button. Send letters to recipients based on a user-defined list set in First Advantage HMS, candidates that applied for a particular requisition or a single candidate.

Once the offer is made and accepted, First Advantage HMS helps ensure the proper Hiring process is followed.
