Recruiternet acquires U.K.-based distribution channel to create European headquarters

PORTLAND, ME – June 8, 2004 – Recruiternet, Inc., a leading provider of applicant tracking and talent management solutions, today announced the formation of Recruiternet Europe, a wholly-owned subsidiary that will support and serve Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Recruiternet Europe will focus on distributing and supporting Recruiternet’s Projectix global talent management platform, taking advantage of its multi-lingual capabilities and international features.

The formation of Recruiternet Europe was executed via Recruiternet’s acquisition of its U.K. distribution channel, Crisp Group, which had been the exclusive distributor of Projectix in the U.K. since 2001. The two organizations had worked closely to secure and service several internationally-based clients, including Inverness Medical, TK Maxx and Manheim Europe. Projectix, already a leading staffing solution in the United States, is rapidly approaching its 100th enterprise-level client, and currently has over 15,000 user desktops.
